A Scavenger Hunt

Lisa from A Preacher's Wife has invited ministry wives to join in on a scavenger hunt.  I am so excited about this.  I love scavenger hunts and this one will be different since we are all doing them on our blogs.

Well, here goes...

  1. First Name:  Sheryl
  2. State and Country of Residence:  Georgia, U.S.A.
  3. Husband's Ministry Title:  Chaplain, IBEW 613 Union & 13R Disaster Relief
  4. Length of Time in Current Ministry Location:  4 years
  5. Children:  One; Female; 20 years old
  6. Number of Unique Homes in Which You have Lived During Your Marriage: One
  7. Cook Sunday Lunch or Eat Out:  Both, either...well, you know what I mean
  8. Typically On Time for Sunday School or Not:  On Time.  I take my mother to church and she MUST be there by 9:30 sharp!
  9. Favorite TV Show:  Criminal Minds
  10. Something you watch/like/do that you would never tell the church people: Sometimes I will eat an entire medium pizza...YUCK!
  11. Most Annoying Church Related Pet Peeve:  Children running in the sanctuary
  12. One Thing You Need to Throw Away But You Can't Bring Yourself to Do It:  Old Calendars...I mean years and years old.
  13. The One Food You Cannot Live Without:  Tacos
  14. Parsonage or Have Your Own Home:  We have our own home.  The Union doesn't supply a home for their first ever chaplain.
  15. Freak when the doorbell rings or always ready for a visitor:  I ALWAYS freak.  Why?  When I'm home, I'm in my jammies.

Well, Lisa, there's my list.

Before I close I wanted to pass along this "trailer" for Lisa's new book.

Oh great. I have years of Franklin Planner guts all wrapped up in a box. Don't get rid of yours. I may feel like I need to do the same:)

Great to hear from another Georgian! We are from there originally and returned for a short time to Roswell for about a year and a half. Thought God was done moving us....boy, was I wrong. haha
