This is my sweet daughter and myself at Easter...years ago. She is now 19 years old. I love this picture and I miss her being that young. But, just like then, we have a great relationship.I am so thankful to be her Mom. She is the most godly young woman I know. I learn so much from her. She has a heart that is kind, loving, forgiving and unconditional.
Though I could never have children, God gave me Beth Ann when I married my dear husband. I am the only Mommy she has ever know.
I am so grateful to God for planning that when her mom went to heaven, He had us meet a year later, cultivate a relationship and marry when Beth Ann was 2 1/2 years old.
She is my best friend. I love her so much. Thank you, Gary, for making me a Mother. Thank you, Beth Ann, for letting me be your Mommy.

How precious!! I know she loves you so much. God bless you for being a mom to her. I know from personal experience, step-relationship are not easy, but it looks like your heart just reached out and took her right in.
